NEW HEIGHTS BMC MEDIA guides brands, businesses, agencies and start-ups through the concept and development of user-friendly advertising & marketing products, promotions, and strategies that highlight the uniqueness of each brand’s proposition.


Oversees all of the sales and marketing teams activity, including the sales of The RTC Directory Business Marketing Systems, joint-promotional programs, and Menu Ad spaces to prospective restaurant and catering advertising clients, print, online and digital Ad Exposure to non-food advertisers, and Preferred Position Ads to corporate brand advertisers and organizations who desire to advertise within The RTC Directory & TheRTCDirectory.com.

While we will sell The RTC Directory directly to Users via online subscriptions, some sales will be through third party retailers and a huge variety of other wholesalers (Bulk Contract Subscriptions) such as: major supermarkets, hotels, gift shops, newsstands, airports, business offices and schools. We will even sell to companies that will give away our books! In fact, our mission is to sell books anywhere there are people who might buy them.


The initial staff is expected to assume multiple roles while undertaking multiple responsibilities. Your duties may include:

  • Developing strategic sales and marketing objectives.
  • Establishing sales territories and quotas.
  • Managing budgets and evaluating sales performance.
  • Managing and developing marketing programs such as print advertising and online promotions
  • Providing event support.
  • Accompanying advertising clients to events.
  • Ensuring Sales Team is financially aware, focused and motivated by beating targets.
  • Managing and directing the sales force to achieve sales goals and profit margins.
  • Designing and recommending sales programs
  • Setting short- and long-term sales strategies.
  • Evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
  • Recommending product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
  • Conducting all sales training on sales and marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing national and major accounts.
  • Helping to design national sales and marketing programs for increasing profit.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Acting as advisor to sales team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
  • Leading and directing the work of others.
  • Overseeing the sales of advertising products to corporate accounts.
  • Helping with product and business development, promotional campaigns, and project management.
  • Assisting with Campaign Management.
  • Assisting with the rolling out and launching of new promotional products.
  • Conducting occasional Public Relation services on behalf of the company.
  • Monitoring all joint-promotion activity.
  • Ensuring all Sales personnel are providing appropriate and timely customer service.
  • Assisting company with new client acquisitions.
  • Assisting with various fundraising activities
  • Developing, implementing, and managing sales promotion policies, programs, and initiatives to maximize sales products
